SIBYLLE RUPPRECHT

Founder and Director

For 30 years, Sibylle Rupprecht has headed profit centres, small and medium enterprises and international non-governmental organisations. Her rich and varied experience has vested her a consultant with an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by companies and organisations.

Having held leadership positions in a number of international NGO's, she worked for many years as an advocate with the EU and the UN.

Sibylle has also created her own consulting companies, accompanying her clients in their growth, re-organization and political representation. Through this capacity, she emphasizes the importance of governance, processes and communication.

Sibylle has extensive experience as a lecturer, trainer and coach for individuals and for start-ups. She is a mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation and teaches diversity and inclusion as well as Board of Director readiness.

A trained banker, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of International Organizations from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and an Executive Certificate in International Advocacy discerned by the Graduate Institute in Geneva.

SHAHIDA M. MOHAMED

Founder and Director

Shahida M. Mohamed began her career in the field of education and then progressed into education Management and human resources. Being internationally active, her experience spans the private, governmental and non-governmental sectors with wide ranging experience in the United Nations representing various groups at the Human Rights Council.

Multilingual with a good knowledge of Asia, the Middle-East and Europe, she is well positioned to share her expertise in intercultural relations and mediation as well as facilitation of the development of strategies and action plans. Shahida offers insights and new perspectives to help people develop the skills required to negotiate across cultures and contexts. Professionally trained in the field, she has many years of experience in personal coaching and counselling with both individuals and groups. 

She holds an Executive Master's in Advocacy in International Affairs and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute of Geneva, Switzerland and a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the University of Northumbria, UK, as well as a Professional Diploma in Education together with a Certificate in Educational Studies from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and a Teachers Certificate from the Institute of Teachers Education in the Maldives.
